Oct 13, 2024 · Why would Tesla ever refund our FSD Capability packages? Perhaps some portion since we did get some use out of it (NoAP, FSDb, etc.), but a full refund? This quarter we were going to transfer FSDb from a 2018 to a 2024, but then the great financing deal required FSD Capability package purchase so we ended up not transferring.

There are a bunch of Tesla "dealership" locations all over the Bay Area...none offering more than $1000 discount on 2025 inventory the last few weeks. In fact I've been checking daily and the discount is even less now, roughly only $500 off for standard stealth grey.

Jan 12, 2013 · Tesla slyly substituted deliveries for production in the chart data, and so quarters with shrinking inventory (such as Q4 24) look better and quarters with growing inventory look worse. Cost of goods sold per vehicle really didn't improve this much.
