Having an incognito mode is important in browsers like Chrome. Not only does it help you browse privately without leaving a trail of the websites you have visited, but it also provides a convenient way to access your preferred websites without having to clear your browsing history—a multi-step process that consumes time.

Microsoft and Google have collaborated to improve privacy in Chrome's Incognito mode on Windows 10 and 11. The update was implemented in Q3 2024 and prevents clipboard content copied during private browsing sessions from being saved in Windows' clipboard history or synced via Cloud Clipboard.

Windows 11 is rolling out the biggest update to MIDI since the musical communication format was first released in 1983. Microsoft announced that its latest Windows 11 Canary test build includes a public preview of Windows MIDI Services, which supports MIDI 2.0 and updates allowing MIDI 1.0 to run on Windows on Arm.
