Colorado’s mountains are expected to see up to three feet of snow this weekend as winter storm pummels the high country.

Both directions of Highway 6 and Loveland Pass are closed due to an avalanche, according to the Clear Creek Sheriff’s Office. Deputies are on the scene of an avalanche that has trapped at least one vehicle.
