SAN JOSE — Two Nevada residents will be extradited to San Jose after allegedly attempting to kidnap a bank employee with plans to commit a bank robbery, the San Jose Police Department announced Thursday.

Detectives in San Jose unraveled a kidnapping and bank robbery plot involving suspects who were posing as federal agents.

A pair of bank-robbery suspects from Henderson, Nevada, who were already in custody have been charged in connection with the attempted kidnapping of a bank employee in San Jose last November, according to police.

San Jose police detectives arrested two suspects they say impersonated federal agents and tried to kidnap a bank employee in November with the intent of robbing a bank. Denzel Jones, 23, and Trashauna Outlaw,
