Jennifer Lopez has purchased a 2.5-acre Los Angeles estate that includes a gym, theater, and stables. Meanwhile, she and Ben Affleck are still trying to sell their $68 million Beverly Hills mansion, which has remained on the market despite an accepted offer falling through.

Ben Affleck and his kids Fin Affleck and Samuel Garner Affleck spotted taking a walk in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Affleck, 52, kept his look on the lighter side with a neutral jacket over a matching sweater and cream-colored pants. Fin, on the other hand, embraced a casual vibe with a graphic tee, cargo pants, and a colorful windbreaker. The teen opted for pigtails — quite the change from the pink buzz cut just weeks ago.
