Just days after being recognized by the Michelin Guide, a Houston restaurant has been removed from their list of Bib Gourmand selections. The Michelin Guide announced Thursday morning that Kâu Ba had been removed from their list.

A restaurant is rated with one star based on consistency, ingredient quality, harmony of flavors, mastery of techniques and the personality of the chef expressed through cuisine, according to the Michelin Guide.
