WWE NXT Champion Ethan Page is excited for the gold brand's imminent move to The CW, which he believes will prove to be a huge collaboration.

CM Punk appeared on the September 24 episode of WWE NXT. In a backstage segment, Punk could be seen speaking with Je’Von Evans. Trick Williams approached Punk and spoke about the upcoming NXT Championship match where he will challenge Ethan Page for the gold.

CM Punk made an appearance on the final episode of WWE NXT, sending a message to Ethan Page and Trick Williams. Next week, NXT will begin its new era on The CW network. WWE has already booked matches and appearances for the show.

Ethan Page will defend the NXT Championship against Trick Williams on Tuesday, October 1, on WWE NXT’s premiere episode on The CW Network.
