Swiggy's shares were listed in the stock market on Wednesday at a price of Rs 420 with a premium of 7.69 per cent.

Swiggy's share price dipped over 3% on its second day of trading on Thursday. On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), shares of the Bengaluru-based food delivery giant fell 3.07% to Rs 441.95 around 11:12 am.

The delivered Swiggy shares accounted for 20.8% of total shares offered in the IPO or 37.8% of the freely available shares available to trade.

Swiggy shares made a decent debut on the stock exchanges, beating grey market estimates as they began trading on the NSE with a 7.69% premium above their IPO price of Rs 390, opening at Rs 420. On the BSE, the stock debuted at Rs 412, marking a 5.64% premium.

The issue, which opened on November 6, was subscribed 3.6 times the shares on offer driven by institutional investors on the third and final day.
