The head football coach at a south Alabama high school was arrested Friday in Florida on nearly a dozen criminal charges. Clarke County High School Coach Robert “Rob” Carter was taken into custody in Niceville. Clarke County Sheriff DeWayne Smith confirmed the arrest to AL.com and said Carter is awaiting extradition to Alabama.
