A woman is suing a fertility clinic in Georgia over an IVF mix-up she says caused her physical and emotional damage.

When Krystena Murray gave birth in December 2023, there were questions, almost immediately, regarding her son’s ethnicity. Although both she and her sperm donor were ethnically white, her baby was Black.
