BANGKOK: Thailand's very own K-pop princess has jumped into the comic book realm with the debut of her "Alter-ego: The Official Comic".

Blackpink's Lisa is releasing a comic book based on her debut solo album Alter Ego. The hotly anticipated record comes out on Feb 28 – via the K-pop star's own label, Lloud , in partnership with RCA Records. As an added bonus, fans can now pre-order the 56-page graphic novel Alter Ego: The Official Comic.

Blackpink's Lisa, who made her acting debut with the newly released HBO series The White Lotus Season 3, is also gearing up for the launch of her upcoming album Alter Ego. ​​On the sides, she's undertaken another exciting venture to spread her wings.

Lisa of Blackpink is returning to the music scene with an innovative promotion, including a venture into the two-dimensional world. On Wednesday, Lisa’s agency Lloud announced via official social media channels that the singer's first full-length album, Alter Ego, will be released alongside the comic book Alter Ego: The Official Comic.

To celebrate Alter Ego, Lisa has announced the launch of her own comics imprint, Lalisa Comics under Zero Zero Entertainment. Naturally, the first book is called Alter-Ego: The Official Comic and is inspired by Lisa’s upcoming album.
